What we collect

• Trainer accounts: name, email, brand name, slug, timezone, optional Google and Mollie OAuth tokens.
• Visitor bookings: name, email, phone number, optional notes, the booked time slot, and payment status.
• Site analytics: anonymous visit metrics via Vercel Analytics. No tracking cookies are set.

How we use it

We process this data to provide the booking service: showing trainer pages, computing available slots, taking payments via Mollie, syncing booked events to your Google Calendar, and sending confirmation emails.

Sharing

Booking details are shared with the trainer you book with. Payment data flows through Mollie; we never see card details. Calendar data flows directly to Google when sync is enabled.

Retention

Bookings are retained for as long as the trainer keeps their account, so the trainer can reference past sessions. Trainers may delete bookings or their entire account at any time.
